W7s is nothing without the team that work with me. Some are subcontracted but the majority are volunteers who give up their bank holiday weekend to offer the wider rugby family a weekend of rugby, fun, laughter and opportunities to make memories.
Match Official Team
We pride ourselves on having a full team of Match Officials (MOs) made up of females only. Some of which are very experienced and others are new looking to gain experience in a supportive environment.
W7s doesn't allow the MOs to just turn up, officiate and head home because they are part of the family.
There is no point in having that kind of wealth of experience and not using it to make the event better. All MOs take part in video calls, where they help create the structure for matches and help Woody to build a safe and achievable plan for the matches.
They really are part of the family and not just MOs.
